Return Policy

K. M. Moronova is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. However, there is an option to purchase insured packages. (If your package was insured and damaged, please contact the carrier.) If an order was fulfilled incorrectly from K. M. Moronova, please email the order number and the problem to Kmmoronova@gmail.com.

Cancellations:
Preorders cannot be canceled; all preorder sales are final. Please be aware: Filing a chargeback or claim will result in the cancellation of all your orders and a ban from the shop and all KM Moronova socials.

Returns or Exchanges:
All sales are final. Damaged and defective items are the only exceptions.

Damages and/or Missing Items
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.


What qualifies as damaged:
-Severely dented/crushed corners
-Broken or crushed spine
-Very noticeable blemishes on the cover/spine.
-Ripped or bent pages that affect the readability of the book.

What does not qualify as damaged:
-Light scratches
-Small dings/dents
-Minor dented corners
-Wavy pages

All damage claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. Proof of purchase and damages are required.

All items must be returned before a replacement is sent. I will provide a return shipping label via email as a one-time courtesy. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost if you can't print and use the label.
